Product Review: Models Own Hyper-Brite Lipstick in Orangeade

I’m currently obsessed with bright lipsticks… And Model’s Own Hyper-Brite lipsticks are one of the must haves when it comes to bright lip colors! Since this brand is not sold at any department stores or make-up boutiques here in Manila or in the country (not that I know of), you can only purchase this brand online, and I got mine from MakeupHOLICS.

Packaging:

The packing of the lipstick is placed in a hard plastic lipstick container that protects the lipstick inside from cracking or breaking when it falls. At first glance you’ll think as if the packaging is not that durable and lipstick container might easily break, but when you look at the product closely and hold it, you’ll be happy to know that the packaging of this product is very unique and very durable/sturdy (Accidentally I dropped mine while I was trying to open the package and I was surprised that nothing happened to the lipstick inside).

About the product:

The pigmentation of these lipsticks is really great! You just need one swipe and it can give you a beautiful bright stain/tint on your lips. However, you need to swipe it 2-3 times to give you perfect, super bright colored lips. Some say this product is matte and some say it’s not, for me this product is semi-matte, it has a little moisture, but just in case you’re not a fan of matte lipsticks, the tip is to moisturize your lips first before applying the product. This lipstick is long wearing that it can last for 5-6 hours without re-applying. Model’s Own Hyper-Brite lip colours are so perfect for this season.

Of all the shades, I personally love Orangeade in particular. Since orange lips is the color for this season, I’ll grab any opportunity just to wear this color more often.
